Public school teaching job applicant must obtain at least two recommendation letter from your professional referees. Academic professors, previous or current employer (supervisor) can write an recommendation and family member or your pestor can't write this recommendation for any of public school teaching program in South Korea such as EPIK, GEPIK and SMOE.
We suggest you to have a look at a sample letter of recommendation letter below and make sure below informatino will be included on your recommendation letters please.

Please write specific information attesting to the applicant’s ability to teach in Korea. The letter must:
ü Be in Korean or English
ü Be 1-2 pages
ü Include the applicant’s full first and last name
ü Clearly state the relationship between the referee and the applicant, including the length and nature of the relationship
ü Speak to the applicant’s strengths and weaknesses relevant to teaching English in Korea
ü Include any other relevant information
