You should bring work appropriate clothing (office casual), and your normal outside of school casual wear. You will be able to find just about everything you may need in South Korea (probably for cheaper) so don't worry about bringing your entire household. Most small electronic devices will work fine once you get a volt conerter for South Korea's 220v system (210V in the west). Bring enough cash to last for a few weeks to help you pick up some small things before your first pay day. Usually under $1000 is plenty. You will also be receiving your settlement allowance of 300,000 Korean won as well as your flight reimbursement so that should be plenty to keep you going until you get paid. Feel free to bring your sports eqipment, photography gear, musical instrument, and hobby stuff. Just keep in mind the weight limit from the airline you travel with to Korea. If you go over the weight limit (normally around 40kg) you will be responsible for paying the overage.
South Korea has all four seasons so prepare accordingly.
