Things happen in life. If the teacher must return home due to a family emergency or illness before your contract is through the school will work with you in releasing you from your contract without having to incur penalties. It is a case by case basis and most likely you will need to provide some documentation proving the circumstances.

NOTE: Your flight reimbursement (support) and settlement allowance need to be refunded in case you need to leave within 6 month after you start.
