As a Native English Speaking teacher in a Public School you are responsible for providing English language speaking classes for your Korean students. You are to conduct classes that engage your students in a way that promotes the use of English as a communication tool. You will be paired with a co-teacher who will assist you in all assets of preparing lesson plans and class room management. Working together with your bi-lingual co-teacher you will be responsible for creating lesson plans and activities for your classes. Though you will occasionally be asked to attend staff meetings you will not be responsible for any major school administrative tasks.
