Important notice for EPIK-Seoul candidate who will be arriving on 1st March 2011.

1. The EPIK-Seoul Orientation will start on February 22^nd, but some teachers (including you) are asked to come to the six day additional orientation at the end of March due to the limited capacity of the orientation venue.
2. You must arrive in Korea on March 1^st. The EPIK staff will be on the 1^stfloor (arrival floor) at section 13 B of the Incheon International Airport to meet and escort you to the place* where you will be spending the night. The next morning, we will bring you to the February orientation venue (NIIED) and you will go to SMOE with other EPIK teachers.

- Directions: The hotel offers a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes and it takes 3~5 minutes from the Incheon international airport. 

- Check-in: 14:00 (2:00 pm)

- You will share the twin room with another EPIK-Seoul applicant.

- Breakfast will be provided on March 2^nd from 06:30~10:30.

*All other meals will be the responsibility of the EPIK-Seoul applicant.

1. EPIK will be at the airport to meet you between the hours of 08:00 ~ 22:00. Because the check-in time is at 2:00 pm, please arrange for your flight to arrive no sooner than 11:00 am for your convenience. 
2. We strongly recommend that you submit all your missing/additional documents before February 23^rd. If you have any missing/additional documents after February 24^th, you will sign the old contracts and you must visit SOME’s office in person to submit the documents and correct your level if needed.
